Tommy grew up in Montreal, Quebec

 

Education / Employment History

 

1939-1945 - He worked at  RCA Victor Corp’n (Montreal) as an engineer.

1953-1975 - Tommy spent 22 years with Canadair Limited as a Lighting Engineer

1975 – He retired.

 

Amateur Radio History

 

1936 - First licensed in as VE2BF in Montreal

1985 – Assigned call sign VE3PDJ when he moved to Ottawa.

 

In retirement Tommy spent winters in Florida. In 1981 he joined QCWA while in Largo, Florida and he joined Chapter 70 in 1989.

 

Tommy passed away in Ottawa on December 14, 1995
