1959-1963 - Department of National Defence – Canadian Armament Research and Development Establishment (Valcartier, Quebec)

1963-1968 – Computing Devices of Canada (Ottawa)

1968-1978 – Department of Energy Mines & Resources

1978-1993 - Department of Supply & Services - Procurement Division as Director of Procurement

 

Amateur Radio History

1956 - First licensed as VE3ELM in Toronto.

1957 - Advanced Amateur Certificate.

Operate on all bands 80M - 10M (SSB and CW) and on 2M/70CM (FM). Share station with wife - VA3CRJ.

Member of RAC, Almonte Amateur Radio Club (ARES), WCARC and VE3STP repeater

Also a Life Member of QCWA and Chapter 70. Served as Chapter 70 Secretary 2006-2007. Received “50 Years Licensed” Golden Certificate and lapel pin at the Chapter 70 May 2006 dinner meeting.
